Media Management: EAS Print
The EAS Print System provides users with a comprehensive set of tools to manage their print advertising campaigns, including contract analysis, creative assignment, material tracking, automated or manual buying, reconciliation and reporting.
The system handles campaigns for all print media types: magazines, newspapers, out-of-home, interactive, periodicals, supplements and inserts. EAS Print is fully integrated with EAS Production and EAS Finance, providing synergies in key functional areas.
System Components
Print Online Discrepancy Reconciliation
- Contracts. EAS Print allows users to enter, maintain and analyze negotiated rates for all print media.
- Print Production Integration. The EAS Print and Production Integration allows users to share and update media schedules and their associated insertions without re-keying the media schedule into the EAS Production System for creative assignment and material tracking.
- Imports. With the EAS Print Insertion Interface, users can import print buys with comments and premiums from PERQ or other third-party software using a common format. The import process can be automated or run manually.
- Buying and Stewardship. EAS Print is used by planners and buyers to set up vendors and to enter and maintain their print media campaigns.
- Client Accounting. Client accounting and media functions are fully integrated and provide clients the tools required to seamlessly generate client billing from their media activity and to reconcile and clear vendor invoices for payment.
