- Traffic. Assign job numbers and tasks for trafficking. You can view task status by job, employee or client. Notify and be notified of job openings automatically through email. EAS Traffic enables you to track and chart project timelines using color-coded assignments to indicate whether they are on schedule, may or have overrun the due date, or will definitely overrun the due date.
- Purchase Orders. Create and track purchase orders, including those for overhead expenses. You’ll receive on-screen alerts if the PO exceeds estimates, and can create “partial pay” purchase orders.
- Time Management. Post employee time daily, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. You can customize billing rate structures by client, product, employee, work category or department.
- Work in Progress Controls. View and post vendor charges for billing.
- Production Billing. EAS Production contains multiple billing capabilities, including estimate, progressive, final and co-op. It also allows you to view invoice drafts online, and can perform automatic reversal credit billing.
- Reports. Reports can compare estimated vs. actual costs and contain detailed histories of specific jobs, as well as summarize work in progress and analyze labor.
